Can I get a refund on custom written content that has already been delivered?

Refunds for delivered content are handled on a case-by-case basis. For pilot projects, we will offer full refunds for individual content pieces, but only if we deviate from client instructions provided before content creation. Omitted requirements during the briefing phase do not qualify for refunds.
